Territory Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Territory Development Specialist to drive sales growth and expand our pet nutrition products across the region. This role involves forging strong partnerships with veterinary clinics, pet retail, and emerging eCommerce customers, as well as growing market share by acquiring new business opportunities.

  • The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and excellent relationship management and customer focus.
  • They will be responsible for forging positive relationships with key stakeholders, driving sales, and distributing our pet nutrition products effectively.
  • Additionally, they will grow market share through strategic business development and account management.

About Your Role:

  • You will represent the brand through regular visits, meetings, and seminars to increase recommendation and sales.
  • Engage customers with in-person sales calls, working in a fast-paced environment that requires innovation, motivation, and hard work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Recent graduate with some sales experience (FMCG or pharmaceutical background preferred)
  • Valid driver's license
