We are seeking a compassionate and fluent Tamil speaker to provide companionship to an elderly couple in Toongabbie, NSW.

The couple were once enthusiastic travellers and home cooks but now feel socially isolated and long for the simple joy of conversation.

As a volunteer visitor, you will bring light and warmth into their week through regular visits, improving their quality of life and reducing feelings of loneliness.

Requirements:

  • Aged 18 or older
  • Fluent in Tamil
  • Ability to commit to weekly or fortnightly visits between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Sunday
