Compassionate Volunteer Opportunity

We are seeking a caring and empathetic individual to visit our elderly client in Albion Park Rail. The client is an avid wordsmith, spelling enthusiast, and quiz lover.

Regular visits can bring great joy and companionship to the client, helping them feel less isolated and maintain their independence.

To be eligible for this role, you must be 18 years or older and possess a National Volunteer Police Check.

Visits can be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.

Key responsibilities:

  • To provide regular companionship and social interaction to the client
  • To engage in activities that promote mental stimulation and cognitive function
  • To assist the client with gardening and other leisure activities

Required skills and qualifications:

  • A caring and compassionate nature
  • An ability to engage in conversations and activities that promote mental stimulation
  • A National Volunteer Police Check
