Key to success in our organization is finding professionals who are skilled in guiding customers through complex transformation journeys. We seek an experienced professional with a strong background in technical program management, customer-facing work, and cloud services implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Value Realization: Accelerate customer realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle by identifying opportunities for AWS service adoption, leveraging best practices, and collaborating with partners.
- Program Enablement: Help customers achieve cloud readiness, fluency, and skills through various training methods, such as skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, and partnerships.
- Governance Structure Development: Establish and mature operating models to drive scale and long-term success using AWS frameworks and mechanisms.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with thought leadership, business case development, customer benefit realization, and successful program completion experience.
- 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with executives, technologists, or partners to solve complex business problems.
- PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification.
- Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects.
