Workplace Culture Specialist

To shape your future with confidence, consider a role that supports high-performance cultures. As a Workplace Culture Specialist, you'll play a key part in managing high-risk workplace issues, such as investigations, conduct, ill-health, redundancies, and restructuring.

The Opportunity

You'll partner with HR Business Partners, General Counsel's office, and Talent Centres of Excellence to execute wider talent projects, like acquisitions. You'll create sustained solutions to individual employee matters, coach and mentor colleagues, and maintain work-life balance with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
