Job Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to the QA team by handling tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Document control and cross-reference forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage front desk/reception duties, meet and greet visitors, and conduct COVID screening upon arrival.
  • Archive hard copy documents, purchase orders, print, scan, and file paperwork.
  • Perform general office administration duties: petty cash, mail, banking, and stationery upkeep.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must possess a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint software is advantageous.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Previous experience with shipping documentation is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
  • Able to organize and prioritize daily tasks.
