Job Description

We're seeking a Logistics Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full sustainment solutions, training, and end-to-end logistics support for the Royal Australian Navy's fleet of MH-60R Seahorse helicopters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • TASKING AND PARTICIPATING IN LSA SUPPORTABILITY ASSESSMENTS
  • SPARES ANALYSIS, MRD, AND TECHNICAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE MH-60R MISSION SYSTEM
  • REVIEWING MH60-R SYSTEM SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS FOR SPARES, TOOL, AND TEST EQUIPMENT, AND AIRCRAFT COMPONENT TRACKING SYSTEM (ACTS)

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with experience in Logistics Engineering. You will have excellent attention to detail and thrive in an up-tempo environment where teamwork is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in planning material management and equipment
  • Experience in material planning and tracking of scheduled work programs within a quality system
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to implement and maintain structured material management plans
  • Significant experience liaising with service contractors and service providers
  • Proven experience in the use of an Inventory Management System
  • Experience with maintenance and repair mythologies and planning of material management and equipment associated with a technically complex system
  • Australian Defence Security Clearance
