Capital Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a motivated individual to coordinate the procurement and delivery of capital projects for water supply, sewerage and effluent reuse assets at all points of the project cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of capital projects from detailed planning to commissioning.
- Prepare briefs and tender documentation for preliminary design, concept design, detailed design, or construction services.
- Understand and communicate required project scope and necessary tasks to deliver projects on time.
- Check works as executed drawings and update assets registers.
To be successful in this role, you will hold a degree qualification in a relevant engineering, business or project/construction management discipline. You will also have well-developed skills in interpreting detailed engineering plans, specifications and quality systems.
- Experience delivering projects across the project cycle in the context of water supply and sewerage systems.
- Solid understanding of contract management principles including risk management and WHS.
- Ability to manage relationships with contractors and professional consultants to achieve results.
- High level written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Office software and spatial information software.
