We are seeking an exceptional Reception and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized, proactive individual to provide exceptional front-desk service, manage incoming calls, emails, and mail, and perform general office duties.
Responsibilities:- Greet clients at reception with excellent customer service skills
- Manage and direct incoming communications, including calls, emails, and mail
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, and client payments
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and activities, including setting up audio-visual equipment as needed
- Support the administration needs of the Business Manager, including maintaining accurate records, setting meetings, and distributing agendas
- A positive attitude, willing to multitask and handle conflicting priorities with enthusiasm
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role in reception and administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a high level of attention to detail and follow-up
