Job Summary

Seeking a skilled and proactive reception administration professional to manage client experience, prioritize tasks, and provide exceptional front desk service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide welcoming and efficient front desk service to clients
  • Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and mail
  • Perform general office duties including data entry, processing invoices, and client payments
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, set up AV equipment as needed, and support business operations
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Positive attitude, strong multitasking skills, and ability to balance conflicting priorities
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar reception and administration role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Excellent customer service skills, high attention to detail, and follow-up abilities
