Executive Leadership Role

The National Director provides strategic leadership to the organisation nationwide, ensuring excellence in early childhood education. This role is accountable to key stakeholders including the Group Chief Operating Officer and Regulatory Authorities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing executive leadership to the organisation nationwide.
  • Collaborating with the Corporate Services team at the National Head Office.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Leadership experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in business development and growth strategies.
  • Expertise in policy development and implementation.
  • A strong servant heart and vibrant Christian faith.
  • Knowledge of the Education sector, preferably with expertise in the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
