  • Manage Daily Operations: Implement systems and policies for efficient office management.

  • Train and Develop Staff: Foster growth and development through regular training sessions.

  • Supplier Management: Arrange quotes and ensure supplier contracts are comparable.
  • Software and CRM Management: Set up and manage software and customer relationship management systems across all offices.
  • EC Meetings: Organize and attend executive committee meetings, providing minutes and updates.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Real Estate operations or a related field.
  • Knowledge of real estate programs and software.
  • Excellent computer skills and strong communication abilities.
  • A self-motivated individual with exceptional leadership skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage an operation collaboratively.
  • Demonstrate ability to update, develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage human and financial resources.
  • Superior liaison, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build and maintain relationships.
  • A current Real Estate License is essential.
