Creative Director / Head of Creative

We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary individual to fill the role of Creative Director. The successful candidate will lead our brand direction efforts and provide creative direction and strategic guidance to shape and elevate the brand identity.

This is an opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact as a Creative Director at a leading media company. You will lead a team of designers, copywriters, and creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the brand vision and client objectives. You will oversee the creation and execution of engaging visual content across various channels, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and integrating them into the creative process.
  • Driving the development and implementation of brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints and campaigns.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and translating them into impactful creative strategies.

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Creative Director or in a similar leadership role within a creative field.
  • A strong ability to translate brand strategies into compelling creative concepts.
  • Extensive knowledge of design principles, brand development, and creative processes.
