Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Manager will spearhead growth initiatives, nurture key accounts and drive new business opportunities for a reputable food manufacturing company in South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth across key markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
  • Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring exceptional service and alignment with client needs.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, brand positioning and product promotions to maximise market presence.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
  • Report on performance metrics, market trends and pipeline development to the executive team.

  • You will have exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with experience in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
