We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Business Development Manager.

  • This position involves leading strategic initiatives to expand our client portfolio, strengthen existing relationships, and optimize staff resource allocation to meet client demand.
  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong ties with our healthcare clients.
  • This role requires identifying new business opportunities in workforce solutions and coordinating local and national business development efforts.
  • Key responsibilities include leading recruitment processes for Acute and Aged Care staff, conducting Occupational Health and Safety assessments to ensure safe client environments, and monitoring client activity to provide feedback to operations and business development teams.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in healthcare recruitment or a related field, possess strong commercial acumen, and demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
