Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement plans to improve mine support functions such as Health, Safety, Training, Environment, Biodiversity, Community, Property, Project Development, and Approvals to ensure safe and productive operations.
- Enhance operational efficiency by integrating support functions and consolidating common tasks into single accountability roles.
- Maintain and improve our centralised Compliance Management System, including standards, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance site risk management and training systems.
- Oversee the verification process for internal and external compliance.
- Coordinate the compliance calendar to align with site operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry and legal developments to ensure timely operational changes.
- BUILD STRONG COLLABORATIONS WITH LEADERSHIP, TEAMS, AND CORPORATE GROUPS.
- Support project development through active engagement with study groups.
This is a Monday to Friday roster position with one RDO per month, offering a residential lifestyle in Mudgee or surrounding areas. You will have work-life balance and be part of a vibrant community.
