Assessment Services Consultant Role

About the Opportunity:

This role is for a highly skilled Assessment Services Consultant who will work closely with employers and job seekers to ensure both parties are set up for success.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to analyze and interpret guidelines and procedures, and have a proven capacity to meet set targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating delivery of Australian Apprentice Get Ready Check
  • Facilitating delivery of Employer Get Ready Check
  • Liaising with relevant internal and external support services
  • Contributing to increasing the commencement, retention, and completion rate of Australian Apprentices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have experience in customer service, administration, recruitment, or employment services, and bring their:

  • Excellent phone manner for inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and follow guidelines and procedures
  • Proven capacity to meet set targets and KPIs
  • PASSION FOR WORKING COLLABORATIVELY AND CONSULTATIVELY WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
  • Experience influencing and negotiating within a complex and fast-changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and proven accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Demonstrated high level of computer literacy across a range of programs
