About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and expansion in our Building Management System (BMS) / Controls projects. This key role will focus on securing new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement short- and long-range sales plans, preparing detailed strategies and submissions to meet established targets.
  • Existing Client Engagement: Collaborate with the service department to proactively identify sales opportunities within our existing install base of BMS initiatives.
  • Sales Proposal Preparation: Manage the preparation and submission of sales proposals in line with corporate policies and processes.
  • Tender Participation: Participate in tender requests to showcase Johnson Controls' products, systems, and solutions.
  • Business Plan Execution: Deliver assigned business plans, achieving secured sales volume and gross margin versus plan targets.
  • Industry Insights and Growth Strategies: Provide critical information to management regarding market trends and recommend plans to maximize future business aligned with the Service growth strategy.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, providing sales and technical support to contractors, consultants, and end-users to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction.
