Brickworks VIC has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team in Wollert, VIC.

Reporting to the Sales Manager – VIC Commercial Landscaping, Civil & Design Centres, you will be responsible for representing and selling Brickworks products across the residential, commercial and multi-residential segments.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Drive sales growth through effective planning and execution.
• Develop strategies to support business growth, customer service excellence, and profit margin improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities, establish new accounts, and manage existing customer relationships.
• Create and implement sales plans, campaigns, and territory strategies.
• Achieve budget targets for both volume and revenue.
• Communicate product updates and price changes, including implementing price increases as required.
• Support new product launches and introductions.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Use our CRM system effectively to manage customer data and interactions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market developments.
• Attend industry events when required.
  
  

Success Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a B2B Sales Representative.
• Knowledge of the building and/or construction industry.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective time management and organisational skills
