
Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Customer Service and Admin professional.
This position requires a confident, friendly, and organised person who can manage schedules, customer databases, and provide exceptional customer service and general administration support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule installations and customer jobs efficiently
- Update and maintain accurate customer database records
- Provide top-notch customer service and administrative support
- Manage complex schedules and calendars
- Create detailed invoices and quotes in our systems and chase up overdue payments
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products to answer customer enquiries or pass on to specialists
Requirements:
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on communication
- Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and be tech-savvy
- Show attention to detail and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday work schedule
- In-person work location available
