Customer Service and Administration

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Customer Service and Admin professional.

This position requires a confident, friendly, and organised person who can manage schedules, customer databases, and provide exceptional customer service and general administration support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule installations and customer jobs efficiently
  • Update and maintain accurate customer database records
  • Provide top-notch customer service and administrative support
  • Manage complex schedules and calendars
  • Create detailed invoices and quotes in our systems and chase up overdue payments
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products to answer customer enquiries or pass on to specialists

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on communication
  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and be tech-savvy
  • Show attention to detail and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday work schedule
  • In-person work location available
