- Ability to work with diverse groups and stakeholders.

- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Well-developed research, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Sound knowledge of training techniques and adult learning principles.
- Experience in researching and developing best practice organisational development and cultural change systems and techniques.
