Hardware Asset Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Hardware Asset Management service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and optimal asset utilisation for our customers.

This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously, with a passion for excellent customer service and a willingness to help customers achieve their business objectives.

The successful candidate will have experience in End User Compute delivery, process operating frameworks, quality processes, and methodologies, as well as strong stakeholder management expertise.

  • Develop and maintain asset management processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage HAM process compliance, including customer SLA and KPIs.
  • Lead audits and ensure accurate data is provided.

The ideal candidate will be a self-managing professional who can work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvement across the organisation.

About the Role: This position is responsible for the daily administration of Hardware Asset Management activities, ensuring compliance across Datacom and customer policies, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure effective delivery of high-quality Hardware Asset Management Services.
  2. Daily administration of Hardware Asset Management activities.
  3. Implement and Manage the Configuration Management System.

Requirements:

  • Strong End User Compute delivery experience.
  • Understanding of end-to-end hardware request and deployment processes.
  • A Self-Managing Professional who can work autonomously and recognise when there is a requirement to collaborate and escalate.
