Job RoleCustomer Service SpecialistAt our thriving Contact Centre, we are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care.Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Book patients into a wide range of imaging procedures
  • Advise patients on pre-appointment preparation
  • Enter patient and referrer information accurately across systems
  • Process billing and liaise with referring doctors and technical teams
Requirements:
  • A strong background in customer service, ideally in a call/contact centre
  • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach
  • Confidence working in a KPI-driven environment
  • High attention to detail and adaptability
  • Experience using CRM systems and handling confidential information
