Occupational Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Return to Work services, provision of clinical supervision, measurement of KPIs, monitoring and management of compliance, policies and procedures.
  • This includes building and growing customer relationships, maintaining existing panel performance through key metrics.
  • Additionally, you will participate in recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning; provide ongoing coaching and opportunities for employees' learning and development.
  • You will also manage P&L responsibility, budgeting and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work with clients to develop effective return-to-work strategies and plans.
  • To conduct workplace assessments and provide recommendations to improve workplace safety.
  • To provide training and education to clients on occupational health and safety best practices.
  • To analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in an allied health discipline.
  • Occupational Rehabilitation experience or similar industry background.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrable experience managing geographical territories, business development, account management and financial experience.
  • Postgraduate business qualifications advantageous.
  • People management and leadership in an allied health or clinical setting.
  • Strong customer focus and passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes.
