We are seeking a talented and experienced mid-level professional to join our marketing team as a Social Media Strategist. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across key platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Create engaging and relevant content, including text, image, and video, tailored to each platform and audience segment.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and actively test and implement new strategies.
  • Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, design, customer service) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Analyze social media performance data, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in social media marketing.
About You:
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a financial services or fintech environment.
  • Proven experience working with Japanese brands or targeting a Japanese audience.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content creation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with the finance industry and online trading is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is a significant advantage.
