Job Overview

Risk Management Leader Position

This is a critical leadership role accountable for designing and implementing a robust risk management framework across all business functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as key advisor to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to govern, oversee and provide strategic risk advice to senior stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective risk management programs to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks associated with business operations
  • Coordinate and prepare risk reports for senior stakeholders, including the group risk committee and regional risk committees
  • Foster a strong understanding of risk management principles among employees to promote a risk-aware culture
  • Cultivate risk-aware practices among employees through training and development initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
  • Deep knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements relevant to the industry
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective risk management programs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
