Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional employee experience. This includes developing and implementing efficient hiring and onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.

Additionally, you will play a critical role in collecting and analyzing data to support human resources functions such as compensation, promotions, and role changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to employee lifecycle
  • Understand and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations to employees and HR colleagues
  • Be the point of contact for all aspects of administrative personnel management
  • Implement regulatory updates and key labor law changes related to personnel management and administration
  • Collect and analyze human workforce data and prepare reports to support key HR processes
  • Manage Visa/Immigration process including VISA initiation and PR for OSTAs already employed
