
RTO Administrator Manager Role

We're seeking an experienced RTO Administrator to join our team in Wollongong.
This role involves managing RTO administration operations, overseeing Learning Management System (LMS) operations, and maintaining relationships with providers to ensure service levels meet our requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data flows, quality reporting, and contributing to ongoing communication and engagement activities of the business unit.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth RTO administration operations
- Representing our organization in funding contract operations and RTO administration compliance
- Overseeing LMS operations and improvements
- Maintaining relationships with providers to ensure service levels meet our requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in RTO administration and management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- High level of organizational and time management skills
