Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their legal experience over time, with exposure mainly in Conveyancing. As a highly organised and professional Legal Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with our partners in a friendly, supportive, and caring environment.
- Manage diaries, scheduling meetings, appointments, and activities.
- Open and close files.
- Draft and amend correspondence and documents.
- Manage online portals.
- Take calls.
- Client contact.
- Manage confidential documentation.
- Prepare invoices.
- Collect and send mail.
- Assist on conveyancing files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Develop and maintain effective systems and processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Identify and implement improvements to workflow and efficiency.
- Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Experience with Smokeball and assisting on Conveyancing files is a bonus but not essential.
