
HR Administrator Role

This position is located in Wollongong, NSW. This is a rare opportunity to collaborate with a supportive and dedicated team who are committed to delivering excellent customer service.
As the HR Administrator, you will work closely with the People & Culture team to maintain and enhance our HR system. The role includes daily administration tasks, data entry, and project-based work. Project work involves moving HR functions currently managed outside the system to be managed from within the system.
We can offer flexible working arrangements.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in delivering system administration
- An understanding of HR functions
- Familiarity with managing HR systems (ActionHRM experience advantageous)
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- A customer-focused attitude with proven interpersonal skills that enable you to develop working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering first-time quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
