Current Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Track/Civil Senior Project Engineer to join our Rail Operations team based in Laverton North, VIC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, managing subcontractors, and providing leadership and direction to direct reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost tracking and subcontractor management
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Pre-delivery and delivery of major infrastructure projects
  • Leadership and direction to direct reports
  • Interfacing with design management and construction delivery teams
  • Upholding and promoting the highest Health and Safety standards
About You
  • Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects in rail and associated infrastructure
  • Leadership skills and ability to work in a tier 1 setting
  • Relevant degree in engineering or construction management
