Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and reduce non-value-added activities.
- Compile quality control reports and statistical process control metrics to inform business decisions.
- Assess customer requirements and ensure they are met through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality.
- Prepare monthly summaries of quality issues for presentation to senior management.
- Monitor the ongoing performance and outputs of the quality process.
- Six Sigma green belt certification.
- Experience leading a quality function or team.
- Understanding of geometric design and tolerancing (GD&T) and quality tools such as FMEA and process mapping.
- Problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Six Sigma black belt certification.
- ISO 9001 lead auditor qualification.
- Experience in quality engineering or quality control.
- Zero Defects philosophy.
- QMS implementation, development, and operation.
