Job Opportunity

The Salomon brand was founded in the French Alps in 1947, driven by a passion for unleashing human potential through mountain sports.

We collaborate with our partner brands under the Amer Sports banner (Salomon, Arc'teryx, Wilson and Atomic) to elevate the world through sport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and execute best-in-class campaigns across wholesale channels.
  • Coordinate B2B marketing initiatives, overseeing the creation of promotional materials and assets to drive sales.
  • Ensure premium brand visibility across all trade retailers, adhering to International Guidelines on brand positioning and visibility for retail campaigns and always-on initiatives.
  • Develop and agree strategic account annual activity plans with the National Account Manager, including co-op campaigns, branded space, eShop-in-shops, and events.
  • Execute key strategic account and customer marketing plans within the Premium Partner Program/Toolbox.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in promotions and marketing within a wholesale channel, encompassing retail and ecommerce channels.
  • Competent in crafting compelling short- and medium-length copy, with comfort adapting and pitching briefs.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing platforms, Facebook, and Instagram, including reporting metrics.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the ideal customer journey in an omnichannel environment, with demonstrated understanding of the consumer, places of practice, and places of purchase.
  • An outdoor enthusiast with a passion for brand experiences driven by ambassadors.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
