Communications Associate Director

In this role, you will join our Corporate Affairs team and contribute to enhancing customer experience while keeping it simple.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION OF AN INTEGRATED COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY FOCUSING ON EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS TO BUILD AWARENESS AND ENDORSEMENT.
  • WORKING CLOSELY WITH LEADERS ACROSS VARIOUS FUNCTIONS TO DRIVE A PROACTIVE AND INTEGRATED EXTERNAL AGENDA.
  • SUPPORTING ISSUES MANAGEMENT AND REGULARLY LOOKING FOR WAYS TO BUILD TRUST ALIGNED WITH OUR STRATEGIC AMBITION.
  • COLLABORATING WITH COLLEAGUES ACROSS CORPORATE AFFAIRS AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE CONSISTENT ALIGNMENT OF OUR MESSAGING AND COMMUNICATIONS ACTIVITY.
  • DRIVING BUSINESS DECISIONS THAT WILL BUILD TRUST AND DRIVE CHANGE FOR THE BENEFIT OF CUSTOMERS, COMMUNITIES AND THE ORGANIZATION.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN COMMUNICATIONS/MEDIA AND PUBLIC RELATIONS/EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT.
  • DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE AS A TRUSTED ADVISOR WHO INFLUENCES OUTCOMES WITH SENIOR TO MID-TIER EXECUTIVES/STAKEHOLDERS.
  • ABILITY TO MANAGE AND PRIORITY MULTIPLE ISSUES AND STAKEHOLDERS WHILE WORKING IN A DYNAMIC, CROSS-FUNCTIONAL AND COLLABORATIVE TEAM ENVIRONMENT.
