Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Define and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy that fosters informed, aligned, and engaged teams.
  • Content Creation: Design and maintain an effective internal communications framework, encompassing various touchpoints and channels.
  • Stakeholder Partnerships: Collaborate closely with senior leaders to finalise Internal Communication & Engagement Frameworks.
  • Comms Planning: Own strategic planning and execution of all internal comms initiatives, including content refreshes and stakeholder engagement.
  • Global Comms Calendar: Develop a global comms and engagement calendar, outlining categories, ownership, cadence, and channels.
  • Writing and Content Management: Craft high-quality comms from both company and leadership perspectives, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  • Project Management: Lead project management for End of Year and Financial Year presentations/videos, including messaging and strategy.
  • Language and Copy Library: Create and manage a Coates language and copy library for consistent brand voice.
  • Special Projects: Support marketing initiatives requiring strong writing skills and collaborate on special projects as required.
