We are seeking a passionate and client-focused professional to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with experience in administration, support coordination, and NDIS who thrives in a supportive environment.
About the RoleThis opportunity involves general office administration, data entry, answering inbound calls, making outbound follow-ups, supporting coordinators with case management and documentation, maintaining participant records, liaising with participants, service providers, and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and internal procedures.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar administrative or support coordination role
- Previous experience in the NDIS sector, preferably in a Support Coordination or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- A friendly, professional, and compassionate approach
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Flexible part-time hours (2 days per week - Flexible Days)
