Maintenance Fitter

Conquest Personnel is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our client's dynamic team in Geelong. As the largest glass processor in Australia, they offer unparalleled opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Analysing information to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or processing environment
  • Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification (dual trades highly regarded)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-sufficiency and a positive attitude
