Equipment Service Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Service Specialist to join our team. As an Equipment Service Specialist, you will be responsible for servicing mobile plant and equipment, including preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and minor repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality preventative maintenance servicing, routine inspections, and minor repairs on customer equipment in the field.
  • Accurately and effectively complete required paperwork.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Minimize machine downtime and maximize productivity.

This role is ideal for a trade-qualified Light Vehicle or Heavy Diesel Mechanic with strong customer service skills. You will have the opportunity to work independently under various conditions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in servicing and/or repairing of automotive and/or earthmoving equipment.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented individual.
  • Proven ability to work unsupervised under all conditions.
  • Willingness to work overtime and be flexible.
