This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of projects and services across multiple squads. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and dependencies to ensure timely completion of projects and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and big room planning">
  • Proactively identify, manage, and resolve impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress">
  • Effectively manage inter-team and cross-departmental dependencies and timelines to ensure projects remain on track">
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive project success">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 5+ years of experience in a Senior Iteration Manager or Delivery Manager role across a portfolio or program">
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application">
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC and software development life cycle">
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups">
  • Ability to think strategically and lead change initiatives">
