Project Engineer - Senior Project Lead

Overview: This role offers an exciting opportunity to become a key player in shaping the future of our organization, working alongside an experienced team on regional projects. The successful candidate will be based at Brisbane Head Office but required to work away from home in various locations including FNQ and NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure project works are completed safely and in accordance with relevant procedures, engineering drawings/specifications, budgets, and timeframes.
  2. Maintain, reconcile, and report on project costings and forecast management to ensure the project meets financial requirements.
  3. Prepare, monitor, and update plans and working programs to meet weekly and monthly targets.
  4. Provide engineering and technical advice to the project team.
  5. Assist with procurement of key subcontractors and suppliers.
  6. Ensure quality requirements are met, programming, and planning of the works.
  7. Prepare monthly financial reports, including cost-to-complete forecasts.
  8. Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery in collaboration with the site team.
  9. Coordinate relevant subcontractor progress.
