Holistic Care Professional

We are seeking dedicated registered nurses to deliver exceptional care in a residential aged care facility.
The RoleThis position incorporates holistic assessments, developing appropriate care plans and guiding our care staff to improve the quality of life of our residents.
- Complete comprehensive assessments for optimal resident outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with nursing best practice principles
- Evaluate and make informed clinical decisions to ensure safe and effective direct nursing care
- Supervise and guide our care staff to achieve outstanding resident care
As a compassionate registered nurse, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and demonstrated experience in aged care or hospital settings
- Availability to work a rotating roster including morning, afternoon and night duties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents and their families
- A genuine passion for delivering person-centered care to older adults
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare standards, including ANACC guidelines for documentation and funding submissions
