Our organization is seeking an experienced Holistic Care Professional to provide high-quality care to clients in various settings, including aged and disability care, transitional care, hospital in the home, and palliative care.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering compassionate, respectful, and personalized care that empowers clients to live independently at home. This role involves working closely with the Care Manager to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each client.

To be successful in this position, you will require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.

We offer a casual employment arrangement with a variety of shifts available, including afternoons, days, evenings, mornings, nights, on-call, overtime, shift work, and weekend availability.

This role requires:

  • A Certificate I - IV (or equivalent) in a related field
  • A willingness to travel 25% of the time
  • Work authorization in Australia (preferred)
