Role Overview

Suncorp Group is seeking a Senior Advisor to join its Investor Relations team. As a key member of the team, you will assist in managing the Group's Investor Relations activities, primarily involving investor communications, share registry management, and project involvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective investor communications strategies to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination to the investment and analyst community.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial results, annual general meetings, investor days, and retail shareholder events.
  • Support the management of the share registry, including frequent shareholder communications, capital transactions, and dividend and interest payments.
  • Contribute to the preparation of Investor Relations weekly and monthly reporting, including inputs into the CFO Report.
  • Prepare ad-hoc share price reporting and maintain and analyze sell-side analyst consensus.
  • Manage the investor relations inbox and collaborate with other Suncorp teams as required to respond to incoming queries.
  • Maintain the Investor Centre on the Suncorp Group website.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Law, or Communications.
  • Knowledge of the Australian financial services industry and financial markets.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar or related role.
