We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Creator to support our marketing efforts.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about the hospitality industry with a flair for storytelling and content creation. We offer a freelance opportunity with ongoing output expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Content Creation
    • Develop visually compelling and engaging social media posts across multiple platforms.
    • Write and schedule content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
    • Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and manage responses and messages.
    • Analyse social media trends to maximise engagement and visibility.
  • Content Support
    • Assist in the development of content highlighting property offerings, showcasing events, and seasonal promotions.
    • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for content strategy and campaigns.
    • Track and report on content performance across social media platforms.
  • General Administrative Support
    • Coordinate communication and content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and an understanding of how to engage with online communities.
  • Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in creating content that showcases unique experiences offered by our resorts.
  • Detail-oriented, with a creative mindset and strong organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in content creation, marketing, or communications is preferred.

Work Schedule: Flexibility in days may be negotiated, with some work potentially being done remotely.
