Creative Content Producer (Organic + Paid)

Are you a quick-moving content producer who can shoot, edit, and bring stories to life across every platform?

Are you ready to build a brand by producing engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube?

We are assisting a leading supplement & fitness brand, where science meets culture, and content drives everything, to find a Creative Content Producer. We are looking for a creative, quick-moving content producer who can shoot, edit, and bring stories to life across every platform. This is a full-time, in-house role based in Sydney's CBD, with lots of travel opportunities and flexible arrangements for the right person. You will work directly with their marketing team and founder, creating content that tells their story, builds their brand, and moves culture.

What you will do:

• Editing long-form behind-the-scenes vlogs of the team building the business
• Creating scroll-stopping short-form Reels and TikToks that actually get attention
• Producing punchy, converting paid ads that sell products
• Working with UGC and testimonials for ad content
• Hook-heavy ads that convert and elevate the brand

You will be working alongside some of the best and biggest creators in the industry and soaking up firsthand experience from a team that lives and breathes building brands.

About you:

• A strong creative instinct and can spot what makes content stick
• Experience creating for TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube, or paid social
• The hunger to build something, not just clock in and out and truly be part of a team
• Bonus: Experience in paid media or creator/influencer marketing
• This role is perfect for someone early in their career, but hungry to level up fast.

Skills & Software You Know:

• Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, colour grading (musts)
• Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Bonus: Lightroom, InDesign, photography chops
