We are searching for a highly creative and strategic thinker to join our team as a Content Creator and Marketing Strategist. You are the spark and the architect behind our clients' success. You're not just creating content; you're building strategic frameworks for growth, crafting narratives that captivate, and writing copy that converts. This role is for someone who can zoom out to see the big picture and then zoom in to perfect every last detail.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- **Marketing Strategy**: Develop and execute innovative, long-term marketing strategies for our clients, creating comprehensive campaign plans designed to achieve specific business goals.
- **Content Creation**: Act as a primary content engine, writing compelling ad copy for static and video ads, drafting engaging scripts for video productions, and crafting captivating social media descriptions.
- **Trend Analysis**: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest marketing, social media, and cultural trends, translating them into actionable opportunities for our clients.
- **Platform Mastery**: Become an expert on how platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok work, understanding their algorithms and how to create content that wins.
- **Visual Conception**: Collaborate with designers to create eye-catching thumbnails and ad creatives, ensuring the visuals align perfectly with the copy and strategy.
- **Performance Analysis**: Work alongside our Paid Media team to understand what content is converting and why, using those insights to inform future creative and strategic decisions.

**What You'll Bring to the Table**
- Proven experience in a marketing strategy or content creation role, ideally within an agency environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to write compelling copy for different formats (ad copy, video scripts, social media).
- An expert-level understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the nuances of major social media platforms.
- A demonstrated ability to develop strategic marketing plans that drive measurable results.
- You are naturally creative, full of ideas, and have a keen eye for what makes great, thumb-stopping content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate your creative vision and strategic rationale clearly.
