About the RoleThis is a challenging position for a skilled civil and structural engineer to lead the delivery of design projects, mentor junior engineers and collaborate with clients and project teams.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the design delivery process for civil and structural projects.
- Produce detailed drawings, specifications and reports to meet client requirements.
- Provide expert geotechnical data interpretation support to inform design decisions.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and manage junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
