Clinical Team Lead for Safe Healing Therapy

At Act for Kids, we are dedicated to providing prevention, professional therapy and support services for children who have suffered abuse and their families at risk.
Overview of the PositionWe are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Team Lead to lead our new trauma-informed Safe Healing Therapy Service. This service aims to enhance mental health outcomes for families impacted by domestic and family violence and sexual violence.
Salary InformationThis is a part-time opportunity with an estimated salary range of $115,066 - $119,872 per annum (pro-rata), plus superannuation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a clinical team to deliver high-quality outcomes within a culture focused on impact, accountability, and innovation.
- Provide supervision and leadership for team members, with a focus on practice excellence.
- Establish and maintain collaborative sector partnerships to enable seamless service delivery.
- Respond and manage referrals into the service, intake, waitlist management & allocation to therapists.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., psychology, social work, counselling) and registration as needed.
- At least five years' experience in a therapeutic/recovery setting working with children, young people, and their families who have been impacted by child sexual abuse, family domestic and sexual violence.
- Demonstrated ability leading and building a strong, cohesive team.
- Management experience within a service delivery context.
