Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Operations Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring seamless administration and technical assistance across all aspects of the insurance life cycle.

You will work collaboratively with our operations team, driving standardization of processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client documents and information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Policy Servicing:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on all clients, ensuring timely and accurate production/processing of client transactions and queries.
    • Assist accounts/finance with allocation queries as requested.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Suggest process improvements to enhance processing efficiencies and team collaboration.
    • Identify opportunities for automation and raise with Team Leader.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Support high levels of client satisfaction through effective administrative support.
    • Adopt a one-team approach to ensure completion of all relevant tasks.
Requirements
  • High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Minimum Tier 1 ANZIIF Broking License.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar client service/operational role.

We seek an individual with excellent communication skills (verbal and written), strong administration and organizational skills, and sound knowledge of Microsoft office suite. You should be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and possess an understanding of the importance of time management skills.
