Job Responsibilities:
  • Primary Objectives:
  • Review existing business processes and procedural documentation within the team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop accurate reports, data visualisation dashboards and software packages to support internal stakeholders in achieving their business objectives.
  • Design clear and user-friendly instruction materials - including guides, manuals, and checklists that promote best practice and legislative compliance.
  • Conduct data analysis, identify and investigate data issues, and cleanse and prepare data to support ongoing business process improvement and informed decision-making.
  • Analyse complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and oral communication and analytical skills, with a proven track record of producing clear, concise and persuasive documents for executive audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, Power Bi or other related business intelligence, data extracting, reporting or manipulation software and tools.
  • Strong technical skills in data collection, consolidation and analytics including experience using business intelligence, data warehousing and enterprise content management systems.
  • Highly developed stakeholder management skills including the ability to negotiate, influence, consult, and communicate effectively to drive business change and adoption of new concepts.
